Once again, Lewis Air exceeded expectations on their annual checkup. My heater was struggling and the service was due—the tech showed up, problem fixed—no extra charge on top of the annual. Pick them. Small business service like this is hard to find.

Technician Was Great!
Technician was great! Service call began with him putting on booties to enter the house, without being asked. I have an ancient heater that is impossible to get replacement parts, but the tech was able to make some tweaks to my equipment, while fully explaining everything he was doing. Then he tested and retested to make sure his efforts were working, which they were. Then he watched for a couple more cycles and fine-tuned his work. End result, my heater is working again and lives to see another day. I definitely will use Lewis Air Services again and recommend them to others in need of repair or service.
