Biannual Standard Maintenance
Both our gold and silver membership include standard maintenance to your system. Twice a year our technicians will clean out your heating and AC system; clean and adjust the burners; inspect the ignition system; oil all parts and motors, as needed; check electrical connections and amperage; review thermostat operation, check for gas and carbon monoxide leaks in the furnace; check safety switches and relays; and check refrigerant pressure and splits.
Terms & Conditions
- Lewis Air Services maintenance contract rates are deducted automatically every month from your debit or credit card on account.
- You will be billed automatically on the 1st of each month.
- Your contract is for 12 months and cannot be cancelled during that time. You may stop your contract after the initial 12 months by contacting us in writing.
- There are no refunds for monthly payments.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to call and schedule their maintenance appointments.
