Lewis Air was great to work with for our air conditioning system replacement. The owner, Phillip, came out to do an assessment and quote a price for the project that was better than other local vendors, and he seemed honest and interested in customer satisfaction. Two days later, Hans, Jon, and Russell came out to remove the old system and install the new one. They were respectful of my home, worked efficiently (finished ahead of the estimated completion time), and cleaned up perfectly. I would highly recommend Lewis Air for any HVAC project and will be using them again when needed in the future.

I’m one of those “hyper researchers for months before spending a penny on anything big” kind of person. I just had Lewis Air replace two 25-year-old air conditioners and furnaces and I seriously could not be happier! They are quiet and cool fast! The crew was so amazing working around my hectic business at the same time. There was a previous drain line leak that the guys fixed as well, which was extra work for them! I feel good knowing they stand behind their work and were adamant about me contacting them if anything goes wrong or if I had any questions. They left everything better than they found it. We just had Lewis Air replace our old Carrier HVAC system with a new state-of-the-art Lennox system and relocate the AC, which adds to the complexity of the project. In short, I could not be happier to have selected Lewis Air for this job. Philip (one of the owner's sons) came to our house to give us a bid for the new system (Lewis Air was the fifth contractor that we spoke with for this project). I was so impressed with Philip that I signed up with him on the spot. I never sign contracts without giving it a lot of thought and discussing with friends. However, I was so confident in them that I did not have to think twice before signing. The crew (Brandon, Matt, and Niko) were just amazing and pleasant to work with! They were so meticulous and extremely knowledgeable. I am a neat freak and perfectionist, yet could not find a single step that they missed or didn't do to my satisfaction. These guys are the real deal. As for the prices, they are not the lowest and they are not the highest. They are extremely fair. For the same job they did, Costco wanted $7k more. I highly recommend you contact Lewis Air for any AC work, you will be happy that you did! I also need to replace my water heater in a couple of years. I already know I will call Lewis Air without a doubt. If I could give these guys more than 5 stars, I would for sure!

Knowing that replacing my 30-year-old AC and furnace was going to be expensive, I had five different HVAC contractors provide bids. Philip from Lewis Air was the only one who suggested moving my condenser to the side of the house and off the roof. Everyone else wanted to do a swap and replace and use all the old lines, electrical, etc. Lewis Air came in with the best pricing and they were doing the most work and, in my opinion, they were doing it the way it should be done. Everyone else seemed to want to do it the quickest and easiest way. When the crew showed up to do the work, Niko, Brandon, and Jose introduced themselves, explained what they were going to do, and asked me about my preferences on the installation to ensure we were all on the same page. It was evident that all three guys were experienced tradesmen that knew what they were doing, not like I've experienced in the past where one guy knows what they are doing and directing laborers to do most of the work. Overall, the whole experience was great, and I would highly recommend Lewis Air.
