If I could give them more than 5 stars I would! It started with my first call to get scheduled. Kelly answered and quickly got me an appointment. What a delight to speak with. Knowledgeable and very personable. So kudos for Lewis hiring someone who has people skills. Far too many businesses hire someone without these skills and sadly never find out some lost business is due to that person’s less-than-stellar skills.
Then Frank Quintero showed up on time and prepared. Great attitude and skills. He did not try and upsell me (and I go ballistic if someone tries that). I explained the issues I had, and he immediately went about diagnosing the problem. Once he found the problem (half of it I had already figured out using my multimeter), the other half he had me come out to the A/C unit and showed me the test. I told him about the previous owner being charged $600 to have a capacitor replaced, and he said that there are companies out there who do that… “I wouldn’t work for a company like that.”
So he was here maybe 40 mins. Everything was fixed and for a competitive price. I will share his name and Lewis Air Services with everyone in my neighborhood and with my friends. Thank you!

Called Friday with a cooling problem and scheduled Monday a.m. service. Technicians arrived, evaluated, and repaired the unit in about an hour. A/C is working great now. Really appreciate quick response and repair. The technician also provided the status of the unit and what to expect in the future, as the total heating/cooling system is nearly 19 years old.
