Showed up on time for the estimate and install. Great customer relations skills, attention to detail, I never felt pressured, and great price for a top-of-the-line system. Installed in one day and very careful with my home. The best of the three I interviewed. I kept hearing a ticking noise in the AC fan. Called my rep, and he had the office call me for a same-day appointment. Frank Quintero was there in a few hours and determined the noise was not the AC but a pane in a light fixture above the AC (DUH). Again, wonderful customer service, and it again reinforced that I made the right decision going with Lewis Air. Thank you.

Lewis Air did a wonderful job; they arrived on time and replaced my crappy old leaky system with a new Lennox system. It looks great, and they did not even wake up my wife and child while doing it. I could not recommend them any more highly. A pleasure doing business with a great company. Plus, do yourself a favor and get the Ecobee smart system thermostat. I love it.

When we decided to have air conditioning installed in my mom's house, built in 1962, never had air conditioning before, I looked around and talked to quite a few A/C companies. It was the same old song and dance to get me to sign. I had heard about Lewis Air. Even though they were not based in the Orange City area, I gave them a call. They were happy to come and give us an estimate. They showed up on time in a nice-looking truck. I got the feeling that they were not like the others. As Phillip walked the job, he let us know what he thought was the best way to go for an older home. He gave us a price on the spot, offered us a very reasonable price, and fantastic financing options. My mom said right away this is the company I want working on my house. They gave us a schedule that worked great for us. They showed up on time both days it took to do the job. The work is fantastic; it looks like the system was designed to be there from the start. They left her home in better shape than they started. The system looks and works fantastic. If you're thinking about a new system or an upgrade, Lewis Air is the way to go. Our AC system was still working, but it's old and not working efficiently. Phillip gave us some options of the Lennox quotes and explained it very patiently to us. Brandon and Casey installed the new AC system very professionally. The new AC has run quietly and keeps us cool in these extremely hot days. Lewis Air's reasonable price and outstanding professional service we strongly recommend!

Great job! I had 4 estimates before meeting Phillip. He was so knowledgeable and knew from hands-on experience, not just an estimator that would tell me, "Oh, the construction guys will work it out," when I asked, "How exactly are you going to do that?" Phillip at Lewis Air is exceptional at his work! I was so relieved. The estimator before him said, "I guess I could put it on the roof." I was like, "Are you kidding me?!" Price was honestly over $5,000 cheaper than any of the 4 estimates! We had a full A/C plus split in our garage. They did an above and beyond excellent job! Professional, courteous workers. Smooth sailing with Lewis Air! And they even worked on a Saturday to finish. Needless to say, I highly recommend Lewis Air! Installation May 2021 in San Juan Capistrano's Captain's Hill. Update! I came for my maintenance work. They are so efficient and so knowledgeable. Great job!
